The ballot for Renfrewshire South opens on Monday, August 3.
As in previous selection processes, the SNP is using an independent organisation called Mi-Voice to manage the ballot process. SNP Headquarters is responsible for providing the list of eligible members to the ballot company and intimating the results to the nominees. Mi-Voice is solely responsible for conducting the ballot and informing the National Secretary of the result.
Many of you will receive your ballot paper via email. If you don’t receive it, then please see this guidance from HQ:
- Start by checking your spam and promotional item folders. The email will have the subject line starting “Your Ballot Paper for selection of SNP candidate” and comes from “The SNP National Secretary – Patrick Grady firstname.lastname@example.org”.
- If after these checks the ballot is still missing – or if anyone is having problems casting their electronic vote – members should contact Mi-Voice directly via phone: 0845 241 41 48 or email: email@example.com
